Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we're looking for a talented Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our Front Desk team. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for capturing sales from incoming reservations calls, coordinating details of each reservation, and completing internal reservation forms. You will also be responsible for running daily reports for departmental and operational departments, processing internal reservations, and handling guest complaints in accordance with policy.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in hotels or customer service
  • Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong phone skills needed
  • Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in Canada
