As Reservations and Core Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of departmental policies and procedures. You will manage the daily operation, maintain standards for various departmental functions, and allocate duties within the department.
You will also be responsible for monitoring house inventory, maintaining maximum occupancy within the hotel, and managing overbooked situations. Additionally, you will coordinate all group bookings with the Group Sales/Coordinator, review signature suite bookings, and act as Guest Recognition Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a hospitality or business environment. A strong command of the English language is required, along with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment and handle stress is essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000, comprehensive benefits, and excellent training and development opportunities. You will also receive complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons hotels and resorts, dry cleaning services, and medical, dental, and sick leave coverage.
