Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Powell River Educational Services Society. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and efficient
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform conflict resolution and monitoring and evaluation tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Health benefits, including a healthcare plan
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
