Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Platinum Residential Cleaning Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Supervise and support other team members as needed
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls and electronic inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee questions and concerns
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability and time management skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
