Acosys Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to join our team as a Salesforce Developer.

About the Role:

  1. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce declarative or programmatic tools.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and be able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and progress in the field.
  3. As a mentor to your colleagues, you will be responsible for guiding and encouraging best practices, reviewing and proposing self-development activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative or programmatic tools.
  2. Act as a mentor to colleagues, promoting best practices and self-development.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and progress.
  4. Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
  3. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
  4. Minimum 2+ years of experience in custom development using Apex, LWC & Visualforce.
  5. Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, Event and Bulk APIs.
  6. Hands-on experience with Flows and Process builder.
  7. Good understanding of configuration.
  8. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
  9. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience and certification with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio (incl. Business Rules Engine), and Industry Clouds (e.g., Public Sector Solutions).
  2. Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
  3. Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Product or Architect Certifications.
  4. Knowledge of Apex Data Loader and Salesforce DX.
  5. Security clearance with Government organizations.
