About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our engagement team, you will provide technical leadership and expertise to our development teams, driving the design, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • **Business Analysis**: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • **Solution Design**: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business criteria, system performance, and architecture standards.
  • **Integration Experience**: Leverage your expertise in Salesforce integration to ensure seamless connections between systems.
  • **Project Management**: Manage work streams on full-cycle enterprise implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with customers, business analysts, implementation partners, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • **Documentation**: Develop detailed business, functional, and technical requirements documents.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • **Experience**: 5+ years of consulting and/or CRM/ERP implementation experience, with a strong background in Salesforce.
  • **Certifications**: Salesforce certification is a must.
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • **Language**: Bilingualism (English/French) is an added advantage.
