About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on technical leadership and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their needs.
* Design and implement technical solutions that meet business criteria, system performance, and architecture standards.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on technical leadership and solution architecture.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations, with a strong understanding of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
* Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM/ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of software product development processes using agile project management and VCS/CI/CD tools.
* Salesforce certification is a must, with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, and RUP.
* Bilingualism (English/French) is an added advantage.
