About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership to our development teams and driving the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business criteria, system performance, and architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting and/or CRM/ERP implementation experience.
  • 4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in 2 of the following Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, CPQ.
  • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM/ERP solutions.
  • 2+ years' experience working with software product development processes using agile project management and VCS/CI/CD tools (e.g. JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.).
  • Salesforce certification is a must.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an added advantage.
