Job Summary

NNA Ticket Ltd. is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
