About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Softwareint as a VP of Sales. This is a key leadership position that will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our sales organization.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the sales team to achieve strong year-over-year bookings results and drive organic growth.
  2. Develop Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  3. Manage Sales Team: Foster a sales culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously monitor and adjust the sales coverage model to ensure a strong ROI on sales investments.
  4. Report and Analyze: Provide regular sales progress reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop Sales Processes: Establish and reinforce sales policies, consultative selling processes, and account planning standards.

About You
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving exceptional results.
  2. Sales Acumen: Strong consultative sales acumen with a client-focused leadership style.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in selling enterprise solutions and building strong industry relationships.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
