Job Overview

Mu-Tech is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and network administration, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You will work closely with our IT team to identify and resolve technical problems, and provide training and guidance to employees on the use of our computer systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Work closely with our IT team to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and upgrading computer systems
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of our computer systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer systems and network administration
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networks, and database management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
