About the Role:

M S International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel distribution sales, with a strong background in the natural stone, slab, or hard flooring industries.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and developing the sales and margins of MSIs countertop products with fabricators and K&Bs located within an assigned geographic territory. This involves building relationships with current and potential customers, providing training on company products, and understanding market competition and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel
  • Understand market trends and competitor activity
  • Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability
  • Analyze sales reports to identify areas for growth
  • Utilize marketing tools to promote company products
  • Research and analyze customer needs and demands
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Attend trade shows and travel locally, nationally, and internationally (up to 75% of the time)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of related industry experience; natural stone, slab, or hard flooring industries
  • Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Strong math skills and ability to calculate figures
  • Results-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and valid driver's license

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
