Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Windsor Endodontics. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient service by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments, scheduling procedures, and ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner.
- Process patient information by collecting and verifying patient data, updating records, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support our team by providing assistance with tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing patient charts, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Will train and be willing to learn and adapt to our systems and procedures.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- English language as the primary language of communication.
