Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mount St. Mary Hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will promote the quality of life of our residents by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within the full scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Team and House Team to provide resident-centered care
  • Maintain an environment of resident-centered care by enabling resident choice, individualized care, and resident and family involvement in care decisions
  • Qualifications include: Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, and current full practicing license with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
