Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Landeco Inc. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, evaluate daily operations, and motivate staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, plan and organize daily operations, determine and establish office procedures, schedule appointments, and perform data entry.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to employee questions, and greet customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, electronic mail, and other business software.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more in an administrative role.
- Language: Bilingual.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youth: We provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
