Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing regular meetings with project managers to review ongoing projects
Managing change notices and project updates
Preparing and organizing end-of-project documentation
Creating and issuing purchase orders
Coordinating delivery dates and deadlines
Verifying and monitoring receipt of required manuals
Managing project documentation structure, creating and organizing necessary files
Entering, confirming, and transferring budgets for change notices
Developing service offers for change notices
Creating change notice reports

Requirements include:

5 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to manage and coordinate projects at an administrative level
Ability to gather and process data
Team spirit, essential for this role
