About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our OEM alliances and partnerships efforts globally. As the Head of OEM Alliances and Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with leading OEMs and IHVs, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM and IHV partners, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Business Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing joint business plans with partners.
  • Partnership Management: Manage and execute partnership agreements, ensuring timely delivery of commitments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication with partners.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the OEM and IHV markets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in alliance or indirect sales management roles, with a strong understanding of the OEM and IHV markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux, virtualization, containers, and other cloud technologies, as well as a strong understanding of the open-source ecosystem.
