Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
• One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
