Retail Store Operations Manager

BHAGWATI ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Sales and Merchandise: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and authorize returns of merchandise.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
