The Whistler Village Inn + Suites is an equal opportunity employer seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Adventure Service Team as a Part Time Hospitality Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our resort units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and Maintain Resort Units: Ensure all sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet our high standards.
  • Adhere to Housekeeping Detail Standards: Maintain a keen eye for detail and adhere to our established housekeeping standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring total guest satisfaction and making recommendations for service recovery when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
