The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including supporting audit standards, managing financial aspects, and overseeing a staff of 75 or more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Housekeeping operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and compliance with quality and financial standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of Housekeeping staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping leadership and hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of software applications.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $65,000 - $66,000 per year, based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
