About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, maintain attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations, communicate with colleagues and management to report any issues or concerns.
