About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to our housekeeping team members as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties to the highest standard.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Westin Resort & Spa Whistler, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
