**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Technical Support Agent within our Solutions PME business unit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to clients to ensure optimal use of Avantage, Acomba, Pronotaire, and/or Procardex products.
- Provide information on product characteristics, usage, and functionality while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Document problems encountered and follow up with clients.
**Requirements**
- DEP, AEC, or DEC in accounting or related field.
- Experience in a user support role or relevant experience in accounting.
- Bilingualism (French-English).
- Excellent customer service skills.
**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of Avantage, Acomba software.
