Program Administrator for Postgraduate Medical Education

Job Summary
The University of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Administrator to provide specialized program support to the Department of Medicine. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing various aspects of postgraduate medical education, including curriculum oversight, scheduling, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement curriculum development and implementation, including scheduling and tracking of OSCEs, procedures, and other educational activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Director and department, including data management, correspondence, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Royal College accreditation standards, collective agreements, and program processes and policies.
- Collaborate with faculty, trainees, and staff to ensure efficient delivery of program services.
- Ensure compliance with University and College policies and procedures, applicable regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Completion of Grade 12 and a recognized post-secondary business administration/administrative assistant program.
- Three to five years of related experience in administration, with experience working in a diverse environment and knowledge of Royal College Residency Training Programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a confidential team environment.
