Administrative Officer

At Straightway Financial Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in administrative roles. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, performing data entry, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
We offer a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
