Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Westrock Battery & Auto Supply Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services, providing detailed information and recommendations as needed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
