Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our Home Care Program, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of Direct Service Staff, ensuring seamless care delivery to our clients.

About the Role

This role involves entering data into our Home Care scheduling system, assigning and scheduling staff, and communicating with various stakeholders. If you have experience in administrative roles, particularly in scheduling and data entry, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure timely assignment
- Enter data into the Home Care scheduling system accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with staff, clients, and other Home Care personnel as needed
- Maintain accurate records and statistics

Requirements

- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in scheduling or data entry
- Minimum 6 months of experience in scheduling software
- Strong keyboarding skills (45 wpm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Procura preferred)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
