Lead R&D Team at Boston Scientific

As a seasoned R&D professional, you will lead a team of R&D System Engineers in designing and developing medical capital equipment programs. Your expertise will drive strategic and technical guidance to support product development and sustaining activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop direct reports through training, task assignment, and performance reviews
  • Provide technical guidance for product development and sustaining activities
  • Monitor daily work operations and provide direction to staff
  • Interact with customers, respond to requests, and provide project updates
  • Engage in cross-functional discussions to drive results and execute activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
  • ~6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Detailed understanding of design control process per ISO 13485, 14971, IEC 62366
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering
