About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Manager to lead our team of R&D System Engineers in the design and development of Medical Capital Equipment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team of direct reports, providing training, assigning tasks, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to support product development and sustaining activities.
  • Monitor daily work operations and provide direction and guidance to staff to achieve project goals.
  • Interact with customers, meeting regularly, responding to requests, and providing project updates.
  • Engage in cross-functional discussions to drive results and efficiently execute activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline.
  • ~6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Detailed understanding of design control process per ISO 13485, 14971, IEC 62366.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
