About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Manager to lead our team of R&D System Engineers in the design and development of medical capital equipment programs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical guidance to support product development and sustaining activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team of R&D System Engineers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and efficiently execute activities
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA and BSI regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Detailed understanding of design control process per ISO 13485, 14971, IEC 62366
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering
