Recruitment Officer

VLink Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and coordinating the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing Planning: Analyze business needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Selection and Evaluation: Participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Judgement: Ability to make sound judgements and decisions.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Reliability: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
