- Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
- Office Operations
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including ordering supplies and equipment.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.
- Coordinate and implement office procedures and policies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
This is a full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of customer service.
