Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including ordering supplies and equipment.
    • Manage and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.
    • Coordinate and implement office procedures and policies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of customer service.
