Global Head of Delivery Pay and Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global delivery pay and optimization efforts. As the Global Head of Delivery Pay and Optimization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global approach to courier pay, working closely with our global functions, including local delivery ops, product, and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of global pay analysis methods and industry trends review, utilizing insights to identify and pursue new opportunities and solutions.
  • Develop techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data by which Courier Pay practices can be evaluated and meaningful comparisons made.
  • Apply statistical modelling methods to identify the potential impact of courier pay strategies on profitability and assess the impact upon implementation.
  • Provide updates and share progress and impact with the senior management team.
  • Experience with pricing tools and software, such as Tableau, Excel, R, or Python.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation techniques, with the aptitude to communicate intricate pricing strategies and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong logical and solution-finding familiarity, with the knowledge of how to use data to identify optimisation opportunities and develop actionable insights.
