VirtualResource Workday Payroll Consultant Job Description

At VirtualResource, we're seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll focus on ensuring the seamless deployment and post-deployment service delivery of Workday Payroll solutions tailored to the Canadian Payroll landscape of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Workday Payroll solutions for our clients in the Canadian Payroll landscape.
  • Handle all configuration and functional adjustments required in the client environment and respond to customer cases based on prioritization.
  • Collaborate with client Payroll leads to improve, rectify, and expand their existing Workday Payroll system.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience with Workday Payroll configuration (certification is an advantage) (Ideally Canadian and US Payroll experience).
  • Ability to work with clients on review and analysis of current payroll configuration and processes.
  • Comfortable configuring Payroll changes and determining downstream effects.
  • Comfort with functionality related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver.
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications.
  • Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
