Job Description

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our program management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in a public sector or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard program management tools and technologies.
