The Chang School
The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education is recognized as Canada's leading provider of university-based adult education, offering access to a wide range of professionally relevant courses and programs. The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Programs is essential in executing the strategic vision set forth by the Assistant Dean, Programs. This role involves overseeing key programming elements and ensuring alignment with established project frameworks.
The Senior Manager is responsible for implementing strategies that enhance program quality. Key tasks include conducting market analysis, performing program evaluations, and assessing program-related activities. This position focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating these initiatives to achieve successful outcomes under the guidance of the Assistant Dean, Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving program quality and relevance through collaboration with the Assistant Dean, Programs, the Programs team, and cross-functional units.
- Provide support and guidance to Program Directors, Managers, and staff in applying project management principles to various initiatives.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination for project success.
- Supervise the Program Specialist team and the Manager of Research, providing direction to ensure program offerings align with the School's long-term objectives, prioritizing research and data insights that cater to continuous learner needs.
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation, including identifying opportunities for proposals, grants, awards, and partnerships.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, combining in-person and remote work.

Qualifications:
