About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Programs to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our programs to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
  • Program Management: Plan and lead management team meetings to ensure unit objectives are achieved, and prepare, maintain, and report on unit operational plans.
  • Financial Management: Assist with managing budget, including profit and loss responsibility, and approve and monitor purchasing, contracting, expenses, and vendor relationships.
  • Client Management: Prepare and review monthly billing reports for client invoicing, and project strategic management and client account management.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction to all managers and team members, and develop performance standards for business unit managers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Present to the executive lead team as required, and participate in the enhancement of the overall business, including forecasting, new business development, internal and external communication, and client services.
Requirements
  • Education: University science/healthcare degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with minimum 2 years' experience in management, and minimum 1-2 years client management experience.
  • Skills: Strong business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and mathematical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
