Job Summary

Quantic Dream seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Operations Management
    • Process semi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls, manage RRSPs & DPSPs related contributions, and oversee interactions with our payroll provider.
  • Payroll Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain files and records, generate reports, assist with year-end documents, prepare journal entries, and participate in audits.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements, and stay up-to-date with current payroll-related legislation.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide expert customer service and support by serving as a primary resource for employees, managers, and departments.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College diploma in accounting or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of experience in payroll or similar.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Accreditation as a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP), an asset.
    • Experience acting as a point of contact with an external payroll provider, an asset.
