Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Quantic Dream. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Manage payroll processing, including semi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls, RRSPs & DPSPs related contributions, and interactions with our payroll provider.
- Oversee payroll documentation and reporting, including maintaining files and records, generating reports, and preparing journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements, staying up-to-date with current payroll-related legislation.
- Provide expert customer service and support to employees, managers, and departments, addressing internal and external payroll inquiries.
- College diploma in accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Accreditation as a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP), an asset.
- Experience acting as a point of contact with an external payroll provider, an asset.
