Job Description

New Frontier Global Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Provide general administrative support to employees

Communication and Customer Service

  • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors

Office Operations

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Control and manage office budgets and expenses
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

Work Environment

  • Permanent full-time position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
