Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shree Umiya Energy Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help team members improve their sales skills and achieve their goals.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of sales inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
