About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shree Umiya Energy Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members to improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Return and Refund Policy: Authorize returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that sales team members are available to meet customer demands.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
