About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Wowree Inc. as a Retail Store Supervisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Sales Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail sales environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work in a team environment and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
