About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail sales environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Environment
