Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic retail environment where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, including apprentices and support staff.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
  • Engage in direct sales activities and promote merchandise.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staff-related issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the sales team.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-10 individuals.

Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced work environment requiring multitasking.
