Job Title: Strategic Business Leader

Vision Tech is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with MS Office and other business software
  • Basic security clearance
