Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at 12363721 Canada Inc. as a Vice-President, Financial, Communications and Other Business Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to achieve organizational objectives, while representing the company in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, as well as formulate and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Supervision and Experience

The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people and working 42 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a permanent employment status.
