Job Description

At SEA WEB WORKS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of business plans and policies.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure the growth and development of team members.
  • Financial and Administrative Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Work Environment

As a Strategic Business Leader at SEA WEB WORKS, you will work in a hybrid environment with a 30-hour workweek. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
