Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at LEMON IT SYSTEMS INC. as a General Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to drive strategic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring a strong and effective organizational structure.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring a clear and cohesive direction.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring a strong and effective financial and administrative framework.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a 30-hour workweek and a permanent employment contract. The language of work is English.
